A strong district must maintain financial stability and balance its budget while making the best possible use of every available resource.

Our educators and school employees are central to student success. I will support efforts to recruit, retain, recognize, and develop excellent teachers, staff, and associates. They deserve the resources, professional development, respect, and supportive working environment necessary to serve our students effectively. I will also work to ensure our associates are supported and have access to the benefits and resources they need for their well-being.
